Ordering

After adding the book to the cart, entering accurate information, and confirming your order, we will notify you about your order status via the email or phone number you provided as a contact.

We reserve the right to cancel your order for technical or other reasons, in which case you will be informed in advance via email or phone.

Prices

All prices are expressed in Serbian dinars (RSD) and include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice unless otherwise specified (e.g., during promotions or special discounts). Prices are valid at the moment of order creation and remain valid until further notice.

Payment Methods

We offer the following payment methods on our website:

  1. Cash on Delivery: Pay for your order in cash directly to the courier upon delivery to your address.
  2. Card Payment: Pay securely online using your debit or credit card, following the highest standards of online payment security.

All payments are processed in Serbian dinars (RSD).

Delivery

Books are delivered via courier service within the territory of the Republic of Serbia.

  • Delivery time: 2 to 3 business days. Deliveries are made on working days only, while shipments are not dispatched during weekends.
  • Delivery fee: fixed 350 RSD.

Complaints

If you wish to file a complaint, please contact us via email at info@miomirmilic.com within 8 days of receiving the product. In your message, please include the following information:

  • Order number
  • Invoice number

We will respond to your request within the legally prescribed timeframe via email with further instructions for resolving the complaint.
